IDEAS → PRACTICE

Less magic. More useful decisions.

We won’t transform a company in a day. We will unpack real problems, practise approaches and choose what is worth testing in your business.

THE ROADMAP

Four hours. Six ways to put AI to work.

All programme times are GMT+5: 11:00–15:00. Focused examples, mini-exercises and one shared prototype; examples adapt to participants’ questions.

01

11:00–11:35

RETAIL

Retail. Less friction. More purpose.

Follow the shopping journey from discovery and availability to choice, queues and returns. Where does AI remove effort—and where does it merely add another screen?

TakeawayOne customer friction map and a testable pilot hypothesis.
02

11:35–12:10

SALES

Sales. An assistant, not a hype machine.

Design an AI-assisted consultation: what to ask, how to compare options and when to hand over to a person. Check for invented specifications and pushy upselling.

TakeawayA consultation flow and answer-quality criteria.
03

12:10–12:45

LEARNING

Learning. Product knowledge is only the beginning.

Turn company materials into conversation practice. Explore onboarding, role-play and feedback without reducing people to an opaque algorithmic ranking.

TakeawayAn AI practice scenario with a transparent assessment rubric.
04

12:55–13:25

LOYALTY

Loyalty. A reason to return, not just more points.

See the programme through the customer’s eyes. Explore meaningful return triggers, permission-based personalisation and how to separate incremental purchases from subsidised discounts.

TakeawayA loyalty mechanic and a measurement plan.
05

13:25–13:55

BUILD

Your AI product. Start with a problem, not a button.

Scope a useful small product: a staff assistant, sales practice tool or internal search. Define users, data, boundaries and the smallest useful workflow. We will also explore AI in marketing, from the brief to checking claims.

TakeawayA concise product brief for a prototype.
06

13:55–14:40

VIBE CODING

From a prompt to a prototype. Then test it.

Vibe coding means building through conversation with an AI that writes code. Learn to describe behaviour, iterate on errors and verify the result. A polished screen is not a substitute for security, testing or engineering before a serious launch.

TakeawayA guided walkthrough of one mini-prototype and a testing checklist.

Breaks belong in the programme.

12:45–12:55 · break

14:40–15:00 · Questions, idea reviews and your next step: which hypothesis will you test first?

BRING A REAL QUESTION

Bring a problem. Not a perfect prompt.

Bring a laptop, reliable internet and one real business problem. Coding experience is not required to participate: we will explore the approach and the limits of prototyping.

Use sample or anonymised data. Do not upload customer databases, employee personal data or commercial secrets. Tool requirements will be shared before the session; paid subscriptions are not included.
